WHO ARE WE?
We are all licensed pool contractors with a complete understanding of how a pool should operate.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We use our 100yrs combined experience to give you peace of mind during your inspection process. As your professional pool inspector, we represent you, and to have your interests in mind. Making sure the home your buying doesn’t have a money pit in the backyard. We provide industry average costs for any needed repairs. No need to wait for an estimate from another company to possibly affect the option period.
WHAT DO WE CHECK?
It’s probably easier to list the things we don’t check. But to answer the question, we check everything except pressure testing the plumbing and entry into the pool:
- Equipment and controls
- Deck, coping and Mastic joint
- Code compliance such as access points, drain covers, bonding and GFCI
- Last but not least, POOL CHEMISTRY. The pool chemistry can tell an experienced pool professional many things. Using our knowledge of the local market, we can use the chemistry to help determine if the pool may have a leak. Which is one of the biggest mysteries of a swimming pool.
IT TAKES A PROFESSIONAL
Please remember, a pool inspection is a snapshot of the pool that day. It takes a very well trained pool professional to help find the hidden deficiencies
